Right after Regionals, it cuts to Quinn going to Sue. She appears to have been crying, and it doesn’t look like it’s from happiness.
Straight after, it cuts to her in the hallway, where Quinn goes forth to ask Rachel if Here’s To Us was only about Finn.
She accepts that it was, and wants to make Rachel happy by attending the wedding, even if it’s killing her on the inside.
Just, Quinn loves Rachel and you can never make me believe otherwise.
